Description of position:
Job Description
1.Responsible for the development of different specifications of products, new technology direction of R & D work to meet different customer needs;
2.Optimize the production process of different products, formulate reasonable process formulas, improve the quality of monocrystalline silicon wafer products, control costs, reduce the occurrence of product defects, as well as the evaluation and debugging of new materials and new machines;
3.Formulate technical specifications/work instructions/product manuals/technical process specifications for materials required for production, and provide technical support and implementation standards for relevant departments;
4.Participate in production line process technology improvement, tracking, analyzing and solving abnormal problems in the production process and propose effective solutions;
5.Responsible for and follow up the patent declaration, R & D project declaration, assessment and acceptance.

2.Master semiconductor physics principles, with a certain semiconductor theory foundation;
